Example installable node pack

Copy this directory to the root of your own HTTPS Git repository. The manifest is read without importing Python. Review it and the package/dependency build code before approving an installation. The companion pins the reviewed commit and installs into a dedicated environment. It is not a security sandbox.

For local development:

python -m pip install -e ./examples/node-pack
microscope nodes register ./examples/node-pack --python /absolute/path/to/your/python --trust
microscope serve

Restart the companion after external CLI registration, then reconnect the viewer to refresh its catalogue. DarkTissue follows the standard Python API and returns an ordinary aligned mask.
